1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Claro platform operated by PT Alpha Code Technologies ("AlphaCode", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Claro is a phishing simulation and human risk management platform. The service includes campaign management, tracking analytics, user training modules, and related administrative tools provided to enterprise customers on a subscription basis.

3. Authorised Use

The platform may only be used for legitimate security awareness training within your organisation. You must obtain appropriate internal authorisation before running phishing simulations targeting employees. Use of Claro to target individuals outside your organisation, or for any malicious purpose, is strictly prohibited.

4. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must notify AlphaCode immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.
  • Each account may only be used by the individual to whom it is assigned.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Employee data processed through Claro is handled in accordance with applicable Indonesian data protection laws and, where applicable, GDPR. All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM field-level encryption.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software constituting the Claro platform are the property of PT Alpha Code Technologies. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for the duration of your subscription.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaCode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

AlphaCode reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for breach of these Terms, non-payment of fees, or any other reason at its sole discretion with reasonable notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia.
